Users may request the closure of their account at any time. All pending bets must be settled and any eligible balance withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonus or promotional funds are non-refundable after account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation.
